They have disappointed another loyal customer and user – again.
With all the jazz about their try-n-buy programs, one would think that they would be excited to have customers talk to them about getting their gear in the Data Center for testing. It appears not. I have been trying for the past few weeks to get them to even acknowledge that they can meet my needs. Their Try-N-Buy program suffers with inflexibility. Unless you want the “stock” configurations, the try-n-buy program does not really work. Any attempts to change the configuration involves a laborious process of delivering stock configuration plus the added components, swapping out those components and the RMA of the old ones. Doesn’t it sound like a company that wants its customers to adapts to their way of doing business ? Has such model worked in the past ?
This is not buyer’s remorse talking. Hell, I WANT to become a customer and you are not LETTING ME! What can possibly be an explanation of this nonchalant attitude by them is what I want to know.
