This is one of the last pieces of open land that is quickly disappearing from around the neighborhood. This is along Rte 50, just past the Chantilly Auto Park. Just last week, I noticed that the land is being prepared for some kind of development. I had taken a picture of this lone tree from time to time… Well, those pictures may be all that is left as evidence of its existence.
