ZFS a default FS in Leopard ?

This is interesting. I heard stories about ZFS being ported to Mac OS X and being able to use ZFS et al. but from this video cast and this post, it appears that ZFS would be the default FS in Leopard ? I wonder, is this what the Time Machine app using ?

    Is ZFS in Leopard ? Is ZFS a default OS in Leopard ?
    Yes and No. (and Yes).
    In the 9A466 build, which is the latest build available from Apple, a read-only implementation is provided.
