If you thought bloggers were all about just posting what’s in their head and making subjective judgements ’bout stuff, think again. In the wake of the Tsunami tragedy, bloggers from all over the world are bursting thru the seams of the Internet to provide information, facilitate relief efforts and among other things, help lift up the morale and support those affected.
Contributions/Donations
- World Food Programme – One of the most efficient relief orgs, with less than 20% overhead
- American Red Cross
- UNICEF-USA
- CARE USA
- Doctors Without Borders
- Oxfam
- AIDIndia – One of the BEST non-profit organizations that I have seen upclose.
- Employer Match – You should also make an attempt to ask your employer if they participate in a matching contribution program.
